Our initial meeting is often most productive if undertaken with the client at the site in question, affording more immediate and meaningful advice.

DDA Architectural Consultants regularly assist prospective purchasers in understanding the potential of a property. We are very happy to visit and discuss your objectives and ambitions and advise on the Architectural issues and opportunities, including Planning, design and technical matters.

A charge of £100.00 (No VAT payable) is made for this initial consultation which on average takes 2-3 hours or so. However no particular time limit is set, we being happy to spend whatever time is necessary to address your queries in full and assess prevailing circumstances. In the event that DDA were subsequently appointed then this preliminary fee would be discounted from the account.
